- Circumnavigation of the Cape of Good Hope
- See the wildlife of Africa on land excursions
- Dream beaches of the Seychelles and other remote coasts
The amount of cruises available for the African Coast is very negligible. Reasons are the comparably weak national source markets, weak infrastructure and complicated arrivals. On the Atlantic side of the continent you will mostly visit places like Agadir, Casablanca, the islands of Cape Verde and very rarely Ghana or, in the very south, Namibia.
Noticeably more offers exist for cruises with stops in South Africa and ports on the Indian Ocean side. Popular are dream destinations like Mauritius, the island world of the Seychelles, the rather slowly developing Madagaskar, as well as Mozambique. A wider range of destinations can also be found around the Red Sea.
