Both the private retreats, the suites, penthouses and residences, which are between 35 and 280 square metres in size, and the public areas provide significantly more space per guest than on other luxury-class ships.

Explora Journeys, headquartered in Geneva, is part of the MSC Group, the largest private shipping company in the world, and thus the first cruise brand to participate in the voluntary environmental certification programme ‘Green Marine Europe Label’. The MSC Group aims to achieve completely emission-free ship operations by 2050. More design
Even the silhouette of the EXPLORA I, which will set sail for the first time in 2023, followed by her sister ships EXPLORA II (2024), EXPLORA III (2026), EXPLORA IV and
EXPLORA V (2027) and EXPLORA VI (2028), looks impressively stylish and purist. The stepped stern with the pools and sun terraces is modelled on a superyacht. The interior design in the style of timeless European elegance is both calming and inspiring and is the perfect understated backdrop for the experiences of discerning guests.
